Aishani Mazumder | Post-Doc Fellow
Aishani Mazumder has expertise in cleanroom fabrication and low-dimensional optoelectronic and memory devices. Since joining NanoComputing Lab, her research is focused on 2D material device fabrication for neuromorphic computing. She obtained the PhD degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in May 2024.
Simanta Lahkar | Post-Doc Fellow
Simanta Lahkar is working on atomistic and device modeling and simulations for phase-change materials-based neuromorphic computing implementation within the framework of the Horizon EU PHASTRAC project. Prior to this he was an Early Career Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology – Gandhinagar, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He received his M.Sc. in Physics and B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani, India
Antoine Honet | Guest Researcher
Antoine Honet is a guest researcher in our group at TU/e. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Namur in Belgium, followed by a Master’s Degree in Physics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in Belgium. During his Ph.D. at the University of Namur, Antoine studied electronic correlation effects using semi-empirical model Hamiltonian’s methods. Antoine’s research focus is on modelling electronic properties of novel materials using density functional theory simulations.
