The work with my former Post-Doc, Dr. Rongmei Chen has been accepted and available as early access at IEEE TVLSI.  The article is entitled Carbon Nanotube SRAM in 5-nm Technology Node Design, Optimisation and Performance Evaluation.  The article has two parts Part I on CNTFET Transistor Optimisation and Part II on CNT Interconnect Optimisation.
