Accepted Paper at Springer Nature in MRS Communications

Very thrilled for the recent publication with my Post-Doc Dr. Stefania Carapezzi at Springer Nature in MRS Communications. The paper is on Electro-thermal simulations of beyond-CMOS vanadium dioxide devices and oscillators.  We use multiscale simulations to find the route towards low-power consuming devices, based on vanadium dioxide, in view of realizing circuits mimicking brain functionalities.
